Questions

Before you subscribe to AUTOMATA.

Does the report really come out in my voice?

Yes. AUTOMATA composes against your own template and a set of style rules learned from reports you've already written. It reads like you because it follows how you write — sentence patterns, section order, the descriptors you use.

What happens to student names and identifiers?

They stay in your files. Drafting runs on de-identified records; the finished report is re-assembled on your side with the identifiers put back. Nothing identifying is stored by us.

What if a number is wrong?

AUTOMATA's verifier compares every score in the prose to the data table and every descriptor to the publisher's band. A mismatch is flagged for you — never silently corrected. A missing score leaves the sentence blank and flagged; the system never fills a gap with a plausible value.

Which instruments does AUTOMATA read today?

WISC-V, WJ IV, WRAML-3, PH-3, BASC-3, Vineland-3 and common rating scales, with new instruments added on request. If you use something we don't parse yet, send us a redacted score report and we'll add it.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from your account. Annual plans are billed once and prorated if you stop early. Your exported reports are yours regardless.
