Drop a finished psychoeducational (or any assessment) report. It checks the things that get a report sent back: another student's name left in, the wrong pronoun, a merge field or placeholder that never filled, a score in the narrative that isn't in the table, a percentile that doesn't match its score, an age that doesn't match the birth date, "initial" in one place and "triennial" in another — plus the ordinary typos and spacing. Nothing you drop here is uploaded anywhere.

How to use the marked-up file. Open it in Word → Review tab → Accept or Reject each change. Every change is by author "Report Proof"; nothing is applied until you accept it. Untick any row below to leave it out of the file.
The "look at by hand" list is where the report-breaking things are: names, pronouns, unfilled fields, scores. It points at the sentence and says what is wrong; it never guesses a score or fills a blank. A reader still reads the whole report before it goes out.
